The Turn Key Guide- a photo essay

At one point, there were a lot of words here.
But "listening more" has been a huge goal of mine this summer and fall.
Hopefully these pictures speak volumes and are better left sans-narrative.

A blessed run for sure....



"It’ll be exciting to create visual media while adventuring!" I'd thought to myself.

But I'd forgotten just how hard a guide’s work is. 

I finish most days absolutely blasted from the mental and physical rigors of this job.

It's difficult to find the time, space and bandwidth (both cyber and mental) to produce quality prose while caring for others 24/7 in the backcountry.

I'm excited to find some space to refelct this winter. 
In the meantime, I'm glad I've taken some nice pictures.
